1.) Privacy Policy: The Central Park HOA processes online payments through Stripe, and no payment data is stored on the servers or website of The Central Park HOA. By using our services, you also abide and agree to the terms and conditions of Stripe online payments. More information about them can be read on their site at https://stripe.com/us/checkout/legal. Central Park HOA can add your email address to their email list, so that they can send out any communications to you. You can unsubscribe at any time.

2.) Although Central Park HOA does not handle or store credit card data in any form on our servers or website, HOA website has an SSL (Secure Socket Layer) certificate installed on the website. This adds the https:// functionality on the entire site which adds an extra security layer. All information is encrypted between you (the client) and us (the server). Therefore, all credit card/payment data that is transmitted to stripe is always secure.

3.) The Central Park HOA uses Stripe as the payment gateway to make secure payments as previously stated above. Your information is held in Stripe, and Central Park residents can be manually charged in the unlikely event that they owe past HOA dues or incur fines for violating HOA bylaws/covenants/rules. You agree that you are held accountable for any past dues or fines for not following the bylaws/covenants/rules. If you are written a fine, you will be notified of such fine, and will be given time to pay it. The above circumstances are outlined in the event residents take no action in paying fines or dues.

4.) The Central Park HOA, including the website software, functions, etc are provided "as-is" for your convenience. The Central Park HOA and creator express no warranties or representations, of any kind related to this website or the materials contained on this website. In no event shall any Central Park HOA board member, representative, creator, etc, be liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with the use of this site.

5.) Acceptance of this policy also means that you have read and accept the HOA bylaws, covenants, restrictions, and guidelines. The Central Park HOA can raise it's dues as deemed necessary, and as voted and passed upon at HOA meetings. If dues are increased, your account will automatically renew at the new HOA dues rate. Notifications of such increases, will be sent out to all members in the event this were to happen.
