The approved mailbox for The Park and The Village is the Heavy Duty Rural Mailbox, style #4850, in black. You can buy these online at: mailboxes.com and on Amazon or you can buy them at your local Home Depot store.
The original mailbox, Salisbury Classic Mailbox, is discontinued and no longer in production. New mailboxes should be as close to this style as possible and follow the guidelines outlined in the Architectural Design Guidelines.
The original Salisbury style of post is not longer available for purchase. The ADC guidelines pertaining to new posts can be found in the Architectural Design Guidelines on this website. The style a homeowner chooses must be approved prior to purchase. Two homeowners who share must agree on the style and share cost if the situation calls for that. Contact the ADC at [email protected]. In general, it is up to each homeowner to keep mailboxes and posts painted and sealed as the original paint fades and deteriorates.

Should your post be damaged, there is a homeowner in the neighborhood who has offered to repair them if able and has a temporary post that can be used while repairs are done. Email or call the board for more information.
