Fall is in the air which means cooler temps before long.  Please schedule to have your lawns re-seeded or fertilized.  Many yards were taken over with heat, disease, and weeds this summer.  Remember each homeowner has the responsibility to keep their home, lawn, and landscape in accordance with the HOA covenants.  These documents can be found in the tab below.
