HOA Public Meeting Held on 6/20/2018

This meeting was held on Wednesday, June 20th, 2018 at the Bel Aire City Hall Senior Center room. We discussed what the board has done since the last meeting, including where we are at on the contract with HOA Management Services.

HOA Public Meeting Held on 5/8/2018

This board meeting was a public board meeting to all of The Park and The Village residents. This meeting was held on Tuesday night, May 8th at 7PM. Attending this meeting was a representative from HOA Management Services who was available to answer questions that the community had about hiring an external management company to help follow up on delinquent households and enforce our covenants and bylaws. A motion was approved to move forward with the hiring of the company for a 12 month contract. More to come on this subject.

HOA Board Only Executive Meeting held on 3/26/2018

The HOA board had another private/executive session on Monday 3/26 and discussing more information about the hiring of an external administration company to help patrol and enforce the covenants, as well as follow-up on delinquent households not paying their dues. We discussed more about the HOA website and voted to make the website officially live with payment processing. Our next HOA meeting will be a public meeting on Tuesday May 8th at 7PM. We will have a representative from HOA Management Services come to answer any questions that residents may have about hiring them to help with administration.

HOA Board Only Executive Meeting Held on 3/4/2018

On 3/4/2018 the HOA board met privately in an executive session to discuss more information about the new website, and the external HOA management company. In the weeks following, the external HOA management will be contacted to discuss the services that we are interested in, and if they will allow us to do more of an ad-hoc service approach, rather than the full works package which was initially quoted to us. The board is tentatively going to meet again on 3/25/2018 to discuss the 2018 budget, website, and external management items. After this meeting, a public board meeting is planning on being scheduled.

Annual Central Park HOA Meeting Held on 2/18/2018

Our annual Central Park HOA meeting was held on 2/18/2018, and we had many great conversations. It was nice to see new and familiar faces of people in the community.
